SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with 2-3 day Priority Shipping. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with 3-7 day Express Shipping. All in-stock items are shipped out within 1-2 business days of order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

If you do not receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days, please feel free to contact us at info@rue114.com and we would be happy to email you your tracking number.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Email Rue 114 at info@rue114.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of buyer's receipt of shipment. All returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Rue 114 reserves the right to deny a refund of an item that is not in new condition. S&H fees are not eligible for refund and buyer is responsible for shipping fees associated with return.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
